- The quoted prices are per person and day in doublerooms, buffet breakfast included.
- There is a supplementary charge for the single room.

- The quoted prices for our suites are per day for two persons, including breakfast. There is an extra charge for any additional person.
- The suites come with bathtub or shower, WC, hairdryer, telephone, safe, sat-tv, free fast internet connection, kitchenette, microwave oven, dishwasher and balcony.
- bedlinen, towels, tablecloths, tea towels and one additional cleaning every three overnights are included in the price.

Apartment
- the quoted prices for the apartment are per day
- the three-room apartments come with 2 ensuite bedrooms with bathtub/shower, WC and hairdryer and include telephone, sat-tv, fast WIFI, safe, kitchenette, microwave oven, dishwasher and balconies.
- bedlinen, towels, tablecloths and tea towels are included in the price.
- buffet breakfast and daily cleaning upon request and at extra charge.
Free admission to nearby indoor and outdoor swimming pools and saunas "Mar Dolomit".
A mandatory tourist tax per person (children up to the age of 14 are exempt) and day is applied. This tax is not included in the quoted prices.

Short-stay
The quoted prices apply to a minimum stay of 4 nights.
For a single night there is a +20% surcharge, for 2 to 3 nights it is of +10%.

Cancellation policy

Upon completion of the accommodation contract, the Guest Pass will be issued to the guest, which according to the decision of the South Tyrolean regional government No. 732/2022, is valid for the entire duration of their stay as well asfrom 0:00 on the day of arrival unto 24:00 on the day of departure
The Guest Pass includes the use of all public transport within the "südtirolmobil" network area as well as additional services, which vary depending on the tourism organization.
The sole entity carrying the Guest Pass in South Tyrol is the Mobilitätskonsortium, appointed as the unified coordination point in accordance with the above decision of the South Tyrolean regional government by the Provincial Association of Tourism Organizations of South Tyrol on November 16, 2022. The details of the additional services associated with the Guest Pass and the conditions of use of the Guest Pass are communicated by the third party responsible for issuing and managing the Guest Pass.
